Today's Stretch:  Let's put a smile on a child's face this holiday that wouldn't be there without us. In every community, there are toy drives that donate gifts to kids in need. Today, go online and identify where you can contribute a new toy to a deserving kid in your area, then go purchase one or get it donated, and drop it off. A good resource for locating children in need of toys is to visit the website of Toys for Tots which allows you to choose your city and state to locate drop off locations.

Juice Up Your Stretch: Identify the toy drive in your area, then make a box and place it in your office break room. Enroll your co-workers to join you in making a difference for a child. Set a goal for yourself of how many toys you will create based on the number of people in your office.

By When: You have until Thursday at noon to donate a toy to a child this holiday. Remember, you don't have to spend any of your own money. Be creative. There are plenty of stores you can enroll to support kids this time of year!
